London Ultimate Summer Hat 2025

LUSH is a nine-team league, playing at Clissold Park. All games at 19:00. Wednesdays and Thursdays, June–August 2025. Finals on 7th August.

Rules

Games start at 19:00. Try and get there a little before if possible so we can start on time!
Games are first to 15 with half at 8.
At 20:30 if the game has not finished, finish the point and then play to +1 of the higher score.
One timeout per team per game.
Teams have been assigned either light or dark kit for each game. Please pay attention to these!
Format is Loose Mixed, but teams should try to match gender ratio each point where possible.
Captains will agree the gender ratio before each game and a gendzone for pulling.
If it's getting dark, captains can agree to a light cap to end the game early.
We will be keeping track of spirit scores - please make sure your team records these at the end of each game.
